Offshore wind energy Offshore wind energy is energy obtained from the force of wind generated on the high seas, where wind speeds are faster and more stable than on land, due to the absence of obstacles. To make the most of this resource, giant structures are installed on the seabed and equipped with the latest technological innovations.
